2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use CricketDay Services. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not prohibited by law from using betting services.

2.3 Jurisdiction Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction. CricketDay does not accept responsibility for your compliance with local laws. Services may not be available in all geographic locations.

2.4 Account Registration

When registering for a Cricket Betting ID, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update information to keep it accurate
• Maintain security of your account credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.5 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one CricketDay account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Account suspension
• Forfeiture of funds
• Forfeiture of bonuses and winnings
• Permanent ban from Services

2.6 Verification Requirements

CricketDay reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including:

• Proof of address (utility bills, bank statements)

• Source of funds documentation

Failure to provide requested documents within specified timeframes may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

2.7 Account Suspension

CricketDay may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe:

• Terms have been violated
• Fraudulent activity has occurred
• Information provided is false or misleading
• Account is being used for illegal purposes
• Multiple accounts exist for one individual
• Underage gambling is suspected

3. Deposits & Payments

3.1 Deposit Requirements

3.3 Deposit Processing

• Most deposits process instantly
• Bank transfers may take 30-60 minutes
• Failed deposits refund automatically within 24-48 hours
• CricketDay is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banks

3.4 Deposit Limits

• Users may set personal deposit limits
• Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours
• Limits apply daily, weekly, or monthly as selected
• Exceeding limits results in transaction rejection

3.5 Deposit Fees

CricketDay does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees.

3.6 Currency

All transactions are in Indian Rupees (₹). Currency conversion, if applicable, occurs at prevailing market rates with possible conversion fees.

3.7 Anti-Money Laundering

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Maximum withdrawal: ₹1,00,000 per transaction (higher amounts via multiple transactions)
• Withdrawals must return to original deposit source when possible
• Identity verification required before first withdrawal

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

• Withdrawals over ₹2,000: No fee
• Withdrawals under ₹2,000: ₹50 processing fee

4.6 Refused Withdrawals

5. Betting Rules & Conditions

• You are responsible for ensuring bets are placed correctly

• Live betting odds change rapidly based on match situations

5.7 Cash Out

• Cash-out availability depends on market and match situation

• Accepting cash-out settles bets immediately at displayed amount

5.8 Betting Limits

5.9 Errors and Omissions

8. Prohibited Activities

Violation of these prohibitions results in immediate account termination, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

• Text, graphics, logos, images
• Software, code, algorithms
• Trademarks, service marks
• Audio and video content

Accounts inactive for 12+ months may incur monthly maintenance fees (₹100) deducted from balance. Accounts with zero balance may be closed.

15. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CricketDay regarding Services, superseding prior agreements.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

15.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
